Jennifer Yates
Hello! My name is Jen Yates. From a small town called Stonecliffe, Ontario, I had originally come to Laurentian for its Kinesiology program. After completing my first year in Kin I decided that Sport and Physical Education (SPED) was more what I was looking for. I am now in my fourth and final year of SPED, with this being my first year as a student trainer for the men’s lacrosse team. During this season I hope to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to benefit me in the future, as I plan to apply to both athletic therapy and teacher’s college this fall. Having always had an extreme love for sport and its surroundings, there is no doubt that this hands-on experience will be an enjoyable one.
Go Voyageurs!
