With his multi-sport background, Mike Coughlin brings a broad knowledge and unique
perspective to the team.
A competitive age-group triathlete, Mike has a Level I Technical coaching certification
in triathlon and has been coaching triathletes and distance runners since 2003.
While coaching and training with Laurentian, Mike works as a Medical Physics Technician
at the Sudbury Regional Hospital (Regional Cancer Program). Mike also owns and operates
The Discomfort Zone, a local multi-sport coaching
business.
